I'm Kristin, a Human Design reader and certified breathwork facilitator who helps women reconnect with who they actually are beneath all the noise, the expectations, and the conditioning. I found Human Design during my own Saturn Return, and it cracked me wide open in the best possible way. I haven't stopped talking about it since.
What makes my work different is my Human Design type. I'm a Reflector, one of the rarest types in the system, making up just 1% of the population. Reflectors are natural mirrors. When you're in session with me, I reflect your own energy back to you so clearly that you start to hear yourself in a whole new way. My clients don't leave with my answers. They leave with theirs.

So, What Exactly is Human Design?
Ever wish you had a user manual for your own personal alignment? You've found it. Your Human Design chart provides those crystal clear instructions you crave. The best part? They are 100% unique to YOU.
Based on your exact date, time, and place of birth, Human Design generates a completely unique chart that maps out how your energy works, how you're designed to make decisions, and why you naturally show up the way you do. Think of it as the intersection of ancient wisdom and modern science — pulling from astrology, the I Ching, the Kabbalah, and quantum physics to create something that is entirely, specifically yours.
No two charts are the same. And once you see yours, a lot of things in your life will suddenly start to make sense.

Your Type is the foundation of your Human Design. It tells you how your energy works, how you're meant to engage with life, and how to stop fighting against your own nature. There are five Types — Manifestor, Generator, Manifesting Generator, Projector, and Reflector — and each one has a completely different strategy for moving through the world with ease. When you live in alignment with your Type, decisions get easier, relationships feel lighter, and life starts to flow.

Your Authority is your built-in decision-making compass. It's the part of you that already knows the answer — before your mind gets involved and talks you out of it. Some people are designed to make decisions from the gut, some need time to ride out an emotional wave, and others need to talk it through out loud. When you start making decisions using your Authority instead of logic alone, everything changes. You stop second-guessing. You start trusting yourself.

Your Profile is like your costume for this lifetime — the role you're here to play and the way you're designed to be seen by the world. It shapes how you learn, how you connect with others, and how your purpose unfolds. There are twelve Profiles in Human Design, each a combination of two numbers that tell a deeper story about who you are and how you're here to show up. When you understand your Profile, the way you naturally move through the world suddenly starts to make a lot more sense.

02. dive into your design
Show up as you are. In your 60-minute virtual session, Kristin will walk you through your Human Design chart — your Type, Authority, Profile, and the deeper layers of what makes you uniquely you. Every session is recorded and sent to you afterward so you can come back to it anytime.
03. come home to yourself
Leave your session with clarity, direction, and a whole new relationship with your own energy. This isn't information you'll sit with once and forget. It's a framework that will quietly reshape the way you make decisions, use your energy, and show up in your life from here on out.
